Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the physical possession of the goods.

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., items with custom printing, logos, or unique designs). Once these items have entered production, they are exempt from returns or refunds unless they arrive defective.

3. Standard Products & Refunds

For standard, non-customized products:

• Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of standard outgoing shipping. If you chose an expedited shipping method, only the standard shipping rate will be refunded.

• Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item to our facility in Germany is the responsibility of the buyer. For international returns, please ensure the package is clearly marked as a "Returned Good" to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

4. How to Start a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter). You may use a standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
